1.1. "EcoShine" refers to the cleaning service provider.
1.2. "Client" refers to the person or entity receiving the cleaning services.
1.3. "Services" refer to the cleaning tasks agreed upon between EcoShine and the Client.

2.1. EcoShine will provide cleaning services as agreed during the booking process.
2.2. Services do not include repairs, heavy lifting, or cleaning hazardous materials unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3.1. Services must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.2. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
3.3. EcoShine reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue payments.

4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking with at least 48 hours' notice.
4.2. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of £45
4.3. EcoShine reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness or extreme weather).

5.1. EcoShine uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products to ensure the safety of Clients, their families, and pets.
5.2. Clients must inform EcoShine of any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products before the service.
5.3. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and free from hazards.

6.1. EcoShine's staff are fully insured for public liability and accidental damage.
6.2. EcoShine is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear to property or items.
6.3. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

7.1. The Client must provide access to the property at the agreed time.
7.2. The Client agrees to provide a safe and suitable environment for EcoShine’s staff to perform the services.
7.3. If the Client fails to provide access or meet agreed conditions, EcoShine reserves the right to charge a call-out fee.

8.1. EcoShine will keep all Client information confidential and will not share it with third parties unless required by law.

9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice.
9.2. EcoShine reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these terms.

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales

11.1. EcoShine reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
